  1. TO ENTER: The PROMO begins 12:00:01 AM ET on February 1, 2009 and ends as soon as the number of memberships purchased since February 1, 2009 reaches 1000. The 1000th user to purchase a membership will receive a voucher for a cruise to the Bahamas for two people.
  2. GENERAL RULES: The winner will be notified by email and homemoneasy message. The winner will be required to respond and provide his or her home address within (14) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and the next user in line will be selected and so forth. Prizes are not transferable. Participants agree to hold Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all liability or damage, losses or injury to person or property resulting from or incurred in connection with their acceptance, forfeiture or use of the prize. All taxes related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.
